At Boost Greddy Culture Shop, we stand behind our performance parts and streetwear like we stand behind our builds. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as smooth as a well-tuned engine. Read on for our pit-stop ready return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached (for apparel)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of these performance products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Electronics / Turbo Related items (opened packages)
  • Clearance SALE items (marked as final sale)
  • Special Collaborations apparel (limited edition items)
  • Any installed or used performance parts (Aero kits, exhaust systems, etc.)

2. The Return Process – Quicker Than a Pit Stop

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (Las Vegas, NV warehouse)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RA number clearly visible

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days after approval

3. Return Shipping Options

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

We’ll tune your refund as quickly as we’d tune your ECU:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return (plus your bank’s processing time)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: None for standard returns (unlike some shops that nickel-and-dime you)

5. Exchange Policy

Need a different size in that Boost Brigade hoodie or the Pandem kit in another finish?

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item
  • If your exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

7. International Returns (Outside U.S.)

For our global tuning family:

  • Follow the same process but allow extra time for shipping
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from some Asian and remote locations

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Rocket Bunny kit or turbo parts arrive damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • May require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier
