Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items if:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags (apparel)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- Clearance SALE items (marked as final sale)
- Boost Brigade Special Collaborations apparel
- Installed/used performance parts (Aero kits, exhaust systems, etc.)

Our team responds within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (Las Vegas, NV warehouse)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package securely with:
- All original packaging
- Copy of order confirmation
- RA number clearly visible
Note: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Refund/Exchange
After we receive and inspect:
- Refunds: Processed in 3-5 business days

Damaged/Defective Items
If your Rocket Bunny kit or turbo parts arrive damaged:
